About Us

Casals was founded in 1881 by Fancesco Casals in Ripoll, a town in the Northern Gerona region of Spain.

In 2009 the Taurus Group purchased the brand and factory of Casals Spain and today there is a wide range of power tools and garden power products available through Taurus Subsidiaries.

Taurus is set to become the preferred household name in Garden & Power Tools.
